Ingredients:
2 gallons of water
8 cloves of garlic
2 onion, peeled and diced
1.5 oz astragalus
1/2 cup dong quai
4 oz turkey tai, dried
1 ounce shiitake, dried
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a large stockpot
Bring to boil
Reduce Heat and let simmer for 1 hour.
Add water as needed.
