Broth for Immunity

Keep your immune system healthy naturally.


Ingredients:



  • 2 gallons of water

  • 8 cloves of garlic

  • 2 onion, peeled and diced

  • 1.5 oz astragalus

  • 1/2 cup dong quai

  • 4 oz turkey tai, dried

  • 1 ounce shiitake, dried


Directions:

  • Place all ingredients in a large stockpot

  • Bring to boil

  • Reduce Heat and let simmer for 1 hour.

  • Add water as needed.
